Not yet grown up, but out of the woods. TalentOrange is 10 years old!
During these last 10 years, we have integrated 1,500 professionals from 16 countries into Germany. We have supported all of them until their professional qualifications have been fully recognized. We have founded both a language and a nursing school, built the TalentOrange campus with a dormitory and received the "Faire Anwerbung Pflege" (fair recruitment for nurses) seal of approval. Our team has grown to 50 employees. While we continue to grow we help others to do so, too.
We have added early childhood educators to our pool of talents due to the prevalent lack of daycare places in Germany (with eleven babies born in our TalentOrange team over the past ten years, we know this firsthand). We are very happy about this development and look forward to the next 10 years of growth!
