On International Midwife Day 2022, we wish for better conditions for midwives and equal access to professional support for all mothers and children around the world. Especially before, during and after giving birth. #IDM2022
Our project manager Leonie felt blessed, due to the qualified support giving birth to her little newborn Enzo. Not only was she warmly welcomed at the Bürgerhospital in Frankfurt am Main, she also had a familiar face right at her side: Midwife Carolina, who came to Germany from Brazil with TalentOrange years ago.
“Carolina looked after me with a lot of calmness and understanding. Was always considerate - at the same time she explained everything to me and the midwifery student." - Leonie
In addition to the successful birth, the baby blanket was another gift: self-made by TalentOrange colleague Felicitas. Shared happiness for international midwifery day on Instagram.
We thank our Talents for the high motivation to practice this important profession and wish for more appreciation for #professionalsworldwide
