Change of name to TalentOrange.

We are now called TalentOrange.

Since 2012 we have been known as CAPITALENT MEDICAL.Over the past eight years, we have built bridges between German clinics and international health professionals from all over the world: responsibly, sustainably and with great success for all concerned.

Today we are the leading private provider for the recruitment and integration of highly trained professionals from outside Europe. We are proud to have achieved great things for our clients and Talents and to be able to do so in the future. But we know:
Not only in the healthcare sector there is a lack of professionals – also the German educational system is urgently calling for more qualified personnel. For us it is time to start here as well.

With our expanded orientation we have outgrown CAPITALENT MEDICAL. We are renewing our portfolio. In doing so, we will continue to concentrate fully on the people we always see behind our Talents. As our number 1 success factor, they are more than ever in our focus. Because: They are our future. More than that: They are the future of our clients and our society, across all industries.

This development calls for a new name. And we have found it: TalentOrange –
as a reliable and pioneering partner, we continue to go every extra mile to make the challenges of our clients and Talents our own and master them together.

We love and live what we do.
Orange stands for a departure and the beginning of something new. It sets things in motion and refers to the positive results we strive for at all times for our Talents and clients. And that is exactly what working with us is all about: Passion, great empathy, many years of expertise, a global network and extensive competence.

Last but not least this colour stands for our promise, for a start into a more successful future. We are now called TalentOrange, our high quality is permanent - 2012, 2020 and in the future.
