In the first three months of 2021 we were able to welcome almost 100 talents: What a success.
And what a great relief for all talents. Having passed B2 German, they were already in the starting blocks in their countries of origin in Latin America.
At the very beginning of the year, the TalentOrange team welcomed professional health professionals, including nurses and surgical assistants, to Germany. By the beginning of April, 89 talents had landed healthy and motivated in Germany.
Also our very first professional teachers for early childhood education. Your employer, an association in Frankfurt am Main, is already looking forward to support at the Hessian KiTa.
The entries were successful despite difficult conditions and the highest quarantine requirements and precautionary measures. Thanks go to our tireless team for integrating our international specialists worldwide in Germany.
And also to our customers, clinics in Germany, who have also adapted to their new team members on the ward. They are also happy because this type of arrival is anything but a matter of course at the moment.
