Already in the first quarter of 2021, we were able to welcome some more of our talents from abroad. Their arrival was successful, and the work began after the rule-compliant quarantine. At the halfway point of the year, it’s time to draw a conclusion until now:
Many more of our highly qualified program participants could finally arrive. Our project managers received the professionals from the German courses at airports throughout Germany.
Our talents come from a wide variety of countries and have different professional qualifications.
The nurses, surgical assistants and midwives are from countries such as Colombia, Namibia, Mexico and Brazil. In addition, our project manager Leonie was happy to finally show our talents, nurses from Vietnam, their new home towns Lübeck and Kiel.
Through the active and tireless cooperation with our partners, language schools worldwide as well as clinics, hospitals and institutions all over Germany, it is possible to continue to welcome international professionals in Germany despite the pandemic situation worldwide.
Many of them are already working at the hospital wards now, while recently arrived talents still have the welcome day at their employer ahead of them. Thanks to the prevailing mentality of "Talents support Talents", our experienced Talents, who have already been living and working in Germany for a longer period of time, support the newcomers as they settle in.
Valuable advice is also shared on our Instagram, YouTube and Facebook channels.
Another hundred arrivals are scheduled for this year. We are delighted with the hardworking commitment of everyone involved.
A big thank you also goes out to the entire TalentOrange team as well as to our clients, employers in Germany and to our professionals worldwide. With every day and every arrival, TalentOrange is (even) closer to provide that extra, unexpected one percent to create unique outcomes through our network around the globe.
